A Memorable Celebration: The 2025 RISA Carol Service

Welcoming the Festive Season

On December 3rd, 2025, the permanent site of our Nursery and Primary section at No. 4 Oroke Street, Omege, Abakaliki, was filled with joy, laughter, and the spirit of the season. The 2025 RISA Carol Service was a beautiful gathering that our children eagerly look forward to every single year, and this edition certainly did not disappoint!

Highlights of the Celebration

The event was packed with engaging and uplifting activities that kept everyone entertained and spiritually nourished. Some of the key features of the day included:

• Carol Lessons & Music: The atmosphere was beautifully set with the reading of traditional carol lessons and the joyful singing of Christmas carols by our talented students.
• Creative Performances: The children showcased their confidence and creativity through inspiring drama presentations and engaging talks.
• The Ultimate Message: At the heart of all the fantastic entertainment, we took time to reflect on the true reason for the season—sharing a powerful and essential message about the priceless gift of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

A Special Visitor

To top off an already fantastic day, the children were treated to a highly anticipated visit from Santa Claus! He brought extra cheer to the celebration, handing out gifts and putting massive smiles on the faces of our pupils.

It was indeed a highly memorable event, perfectly blending fun, talent, and deep spiritual reflection. We are so proud of our students for their wonderful performances and thankful to everyone who helped organize such a successful celebration.
